The rooftop pool offered a nice space to relax, and the apartment had big windows providing plenty of natural light. However, the kitchen amenities were lacking, and I encountered cleanliness issues like a dirty refrigerator. Overall, it's suitable for families but needs improvement in some areas.

The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired—finding garbage under the sofa wasn't a pleasant surprise. Staff could be more attentive and responsive, as our requests often took longer than expected. Breakfast wasn't very appealing either, with old food options and limited choices on the menu. Overall, while the spacious room and location were positive aspects, the lack of basic facilities and cleanliness issues ruined what could have been a pleasant stay.

The location is great with a grocery store right next door! the staff was super helpful, especially Borhan, who always had a smile and quickly brought us extra towels. our room had a decent layout and was spacious for the family.

The restaurant staff were exceptional, always polite and smiling, making our dining experience enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the city view from our apartment, which added a nice touch to our stay.

The staff was really very nice. Especially the filipino engineer who fixed things super fast and with a smile, made things way easier for us.
